T4Tales is a children's publishing brand creating interactive board books rooted in Indian culture, values, and stories. Their books make Indian languages accessible to modern families through beautifully illustrated interactive board books that bridge cultural heritage with contemporary parenting.
The Brief
T4Tales had a unique product and a loyal customer base, but the brand's digital presence needed more depth, warmth, and direction. With the founder based in Singapore and working a full-time job, the ask was simple but expansive: take full ownership of the brand's voice, visibility, and community-building efforts, both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities
• Brand Voice & Positioning: I've been working with T4Tales for over four years now, operating as the sole team member behind the brand. It's a deeply hands-on role that spans everything from content and campaigns to publishing and partnerships.
• Social Media Strategy & Content: I strategise, write, and execute all content. From carousels and reels to influencer collaborations and promotional campaigns. I've shifted the focus from salesy posts to relatable, resonant storytelling that modern parents connect with.
• Community Building & Events: I've helped T4Tales do what it had never done before: host offline events in Bangalore, bringing the brand closer to its audience. We've done 4–5 events so far, from storytelling sessions to pop-ups, all conceptualised and executed by me.
• Creative Partner & Publishing Support: Beyond marketing, I am the founder's sounding board and go-to person for big and small decisions. I review manuscripts, scout illustrators, give creative input, and help shape each book from idea to launch.
The Outcome
T4Tales' Instagram has transformed from product-first to a warm, trusted space for parents, where content sparks conversations, gets shared organically, and keeps the community engaged. With consistent storytelling and active engagement, the brand now enjoys higher visibility and deeper trust online. Beyond social media, the reseller network has grown steadily, supported by stronger outreach and collaborations. And with the founder based abroad and largely hands-off, I've independently led every aspect of the brand's communication, voice, and visibility, helping T4Tales grow meaningfully.
